Strength in Numbers.

I launched Outsight with the goal of using my 20+ years of experience to help agency professionals get the most out of their agency. Working one-on-one with so many brilliant, passionate, and talented people has been amazing, but I realized that there’s so much strength in numbers, and I want to help in more ways. I’m building groups of driven, like-minded agency owners and their team members, and facilitating dynamic round-table working sessions where the magic that happens is based on the recipe of personalities around the table. If you’re reading this, it’s important to know that no challenge you face is unique, and there’s no one who really understands what you are going through, who has been there before, and who can help you avoid the pitfalls in front of you better than a group of your peers.

Peer groups of agency professionals who meet monthly for accountability, brainstorming, and business support —
so you can destroy your goals and conquer your challenges!

Peer + Peer

Sounding Board is perfect for any agency professional who has the humility to know that they don't know everything – they don’t know what they don’t know. With a group of like-minded people on your team, there’s a great chance someone at the table knows what you need.

Strategically Guided

Led by a 20+ year agency veteran, and guided by a strategically built agenda, each session will give each member a platform to explore challenges, celebrate wins, provide feedback, and commiserate about agency life. It’s ok to bring up that problem – it’s a safe space.

Value Driven

The real value is in the people at the “table” and the experiences we all bring. The investment to be a part of these programs are a fraction of the return you’ll see in the results. As you’d tell your clients, focus on the return and the investment won’t be an issue.

It’s Lonely At The Top.

I hear you thinking, “But Steve, why would I want to help my competition?”

To that, I have two answers… The first is that if your mindset is that steeped in competition, this might not be the best way for us to work together, and we should talk about the benefits of one-on-one work.

The second is this… In my 20+ years of agency experience, I’ve seen far more benefits from working together and helping my “competition” than I have had from thinking that we’re in a war and are fierce competitors. Sure, we can go against one another for business but if we’re all after the same goal why not help one another? Life’s way too short to live in defense mode all the time and it’s far more rewarding when we all win.

Rising Tides.

Here’s how we’ll work together toward success.

  • Fill out the application below to reserve your seat – each board is limited to 8 agency owners.

  • We’ll have a one-on-one strategy session to talk about what you’re looking to gain from and what you bring to a Sounding Board. From there you’ll be slotted into the appropriate group of agency professionals.

  • Everyone signs an NDA and noncompete agreement – this eliminates the need to worry about a competitive mindset and allows everyone to be focused on solutions around the table.

  • Your investment is less about the financial part and more about the time. We’ll meet once a month for anywhere from two to three hours. You’ll be held accountable for the tasks you commit to (and we’ll track them in a dashboard) at each meeting, so you’ll likely have a few hours of work in between meetings. In between monthly meetings, we’ll have an open slack channel where we can continue to support and inspire one another.

  • We ask members to commit to a minimum of one year of involvement – continuity is key for everyone. When you pay for a year in advance, you get two months for free! If monthly is more your speed, you’ll automatically be charged monthly via credit card.

That’s ok, let’s talk about how we can work together one-on-one.
